Rachel is a naturally positive and empathetic person who brings her warmth and compassion into everything she does. As a registered nurse specializing in cardiology with a strong background in nutrition, she is passionate about helping others build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle—whether through health prevention or health support after a diagnosis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Concordia University St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. Rachel approaches every client with kindness, encouragement, and a nonjudgmental spirit, embracing and celebrating individuals from all walks of life.
