Choco Chip Banana Bread Oats

Chocolate chip banana bread with steel cut oats

Delicious & Nutritious Any Day of the Week

These are hands down my favorite oats to make! The salty sweet flavor and the nutty texture make this oat bowl the absolute best in my book. Is your mouth watering yet? Here’s how to prepare!

.

HOW TO 👉🏼 You’ll need steel cut oats if you want to achieve the amazing nutty texture. Steel cut oats take about 15-20 minutes to prepare (longer than instant) but the result will make you want to chuck out your instant/rolled oats. Simply follow your package’s directions to prepare your oats. I use equal parts almond milk & water. When the oats start drying out, I simply add more water. When the oats are soft enough to your liking, add the extra toppings & enjoy!!!

.

INGREDIENTS 👉🏼 Steel cut oats, almond milk, water, sugar, cinnamon, ground flax seed, PB, bananas, and unsweetened chocolate. Measure according to your needs. Start small and taste as you go, you can always add more sugar, cinnamon, etc. .

I hope you enjoy these yummy oats as much as I do! PB & chocolate will surely start your day off on the right track. Sending out smiles 😁!!!
